Joy Sushi

The best sushi since I have been to Japan! Service is great and good comes out very quickly. Well worth every penny!

This is a great sushi place! They have two specialty rolls that can easily be made vegan as well as other vegan options. Great service and very accommodating with vegan options! Highly recommend!

From start to finish, Joy Sushi delivered an outstanding dining experience The menu offers a wide selection — from classic favorites to inventive signature rolls. I loved exploring the creative combinations, and whether you’re conservative or adventurous, there’s something for you. Given the quality of ingredients, the creativity of the dishes, and the friendly service, Joy Sushi represents excellent value. It’s easily one of the best sushi options in the area, and now a favorite spot of mine whenever I’m in Vail.

Dining at Joy Sushi was, without a doubt, one of the most incredible culinary experiences we’ve had, and not just in Vail, but anywhere. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. The sushi and sashimi were unbelievably fresh—each bite practically melted in our mouths. You could truly taste the quality and care that went into every piece. The rolls were not only beautifully presented but also incredibly creative. The combinations of flavors were thoughtfully crafted and balanced perfectly, and absolutely delicious. We were especially impressed by how reasonably priced everything was, especially considering the high quality of the ingredients and the location in Vail. It felt like such a hidden gem, just a short drive from our hotel. We were so impressed after our first dinner that we came back again two nights later, and honestly, we would have gone all three nights if we hadn’t made other plans. Joy Sushi has officially become a must-stop for us whenever we’re in town. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers such a consistent and exceptional experience across the board—from food to service to value. We’re already looking forward to our next weekend trip to Vail, and Joy Sushi will definitely be on the itinerary.

The sushi was very good, and so was the service. The atmosphere was okay, though the deck area outside the window was messy and one server was wearing sweats. The pricing shown is for each small plate, not for a meal. We didn't have drinks and the total before tip was just over $100 for two.
